Abstract

This paper presents the modification of the technological vibration regime when compacting composite road structures. These are mixtures of clay, gravel and sand with direct influence on the resonance frequencies for the vibratory roller -ground system. In this context, the dynamic rigidity was determined “in situ” for four categories of land, defined by distinct dosages.
For a 10t mass compaction equipment and a 2t vibrating roller, the resonance frequencies and the excitation frequency of the vibrator were set as technological parameter.
